Duties and Responsibilities
Hany Louis assumed the role of an audit partner at KMJ in April 2007. Hany is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities handled by the audit teams.

Professional Experience
Hany joins KMJ with over 12 years of accounting experience. Prior to joining KMJ, Hany worked for accounting firms, including Deloitte & Touche, LLP and Arthur Andersen. Most recently Hany left Deloitte as a senior audit manager. He has extensive experience in a wide variety of industries, including technology, software development, life sciences, manufacturing, gaming, hospitality and real estate. Hany's clients have included publicly-traded and privately-held companies, ranging in size from start-ups to multinational corporations with revenues in excess of one billion annually. Hany has broad experience with the Securities & Exchange Commission 1933 and 1934 Act filings, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings and periodic reporting requirements. His business consulting experience includes acquisition consulting, transaction due diligence and Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance.

Education and Credentials
Hany graduated from DeVry University, Pomona where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Accounting degree.

Hany is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Nevada State Board of Accountancy, and the Institute of Management Accountants.
