Duties and Responsibilities
Kendall is the partner-in-charge of the audit and accounting practice at KMJ. As partner-in-charge of the audit and accounting practice, Kendall is responsible for the overall execution and delivery of services extended to clients in this area.

Professional Experience
Kendall has over 26 years of experience as an auditor in the public accounting industry. Prior to joining KMJ, he spent over 14 years at Arthur Andersen. Kendall was in the Enterprise Group where he served entrepreneurial middle market companies. His experience in coordinating audit engagements and consulting with business owners is extensive, particularly in the manufacturing, distribution, service, high technology, real estate and financial services industries. Kendall also has broad experience with not-for-profit enterprises and SEC 1933 and 1934 Act Filings. His business consulting experience includes acquisition consulting, transaction due diligence, internal audit outsourcing, inventory costing and controls and internal control review, evaluation and implementation.

Education and Credentials
Kendall holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (summa cum laude) in Accounting and a Masters of Accountancy Degree from Brigham Young University. He is a recipient of the Elijah Watt Sells award for high distinction in passing the CPA examination in 1985. Kendall is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.

Professional and Community Activities
Kendall is a past sponsor of the Family and Closely Held Businesses Program at the University of Southern California. He is also an active volunteer for the Boy Scouts of America.
