Mike Faddoul

Managing Partner

Duties and Responsibilities
Mike Faddoul assumed the role of managing partner at KMJ in January 2009. Prior to being promoted to managing partner, Mike served in the capacity as the firm's audit partner-in-charge from October 2006 through December 31, 2008. Mike also serves in the role as a client service partner and engagement quality reviewer for the firm's issuer and non-issuer clients.

Professional Experience
Before joining KMJ, Mike spent more than 13 years at Deloitte & Touche. He has extensive experience in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, wholesale distribution, real estate, life sciences, technology and services. Mike's clients have included publicly-traded and privately-held companies, ranging in size from start-ups to multinational corporations with revenues in excess of $500 million annually. Mike has broad experience with Securities & Exchange Commission 1933 and 1934 Act filings, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings and periodic reporting requirements. His business consulting experience includes acquisition consulting, transaction due diligence and Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance.

Education and Credentials
Mike graduated from California State University, Fullerton where he earned a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration degree, with an emphasis in Accounting.

Professional and Community Activities
Mike is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mike is also actively involved as a youth sports coach with Yorba Hills Little League and Hard 9 Baseball Club. Mikes serves on the Board of Directors of Yorba Hills Little League and holds the position of Treasurer with Canyon Acres Children and Family Services, a non-profit organization in Orange County, California.
